Barbara received her massage license from Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC in 2005, and specializes in Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish to Therapeutic Massage using medium to deep pressure. She trained in Kinesiology, Sports Massage and assisted stretching.  Barbara also studied Russian and European techniques at the European Massage School in Raleigh, NC, and works well on the neck, lower back and sciatic pain.
